my lovely holiday after I complete my degree course :)

 finally~~~
completed my degree course...
although my convocation is still 3 weeks to go, but i am glad that i went through these tough 5 years of foundation + engineering degree...
thanks to my parents and family for their support. especially my dad who sponsored my tuition fees and mum who encouraged me whenever i am down.
also, thanks to my classmats, housemates, roommates, coursemates, lecturers and supervisor.

The feeling of completion of smthg is great!

After my Final Exam, I had FYP presentation, and then we also had extra classes regarding Engineers & Society which is compulsory to attend as we are going to be engineer soon...

and when everything is over, I went to Penang with my best friend, Phoebe ^^
she is having holiday too...
and its our first ever far trip...lol

 our mission is to see this Ubah Bird actually...
before it is removed. lol

anyway, this blog is mainly about my family vacation to Gold Coast Morib Water themepark resort, Banting, Tanjung Sepat, Selangor...
its really a great weekend getaway with loves one after my stressful final year. haha...

well, the vacation starts with a plan that we want to go Golden Palm Tree Resort, Sepang Gold Coast. but it is too expensive >.<

depends on when u plan to go. because one is for weekend, one is for weekday.

although we go on Monday, but it falls on public holiday (16th Sept). so i bought the RM290 deal..
as we stay 2 days, i bought the second night stay using the RM168 deal.

so for weekend / public holiday :
RM 290 for one night stay including breakfast and dinner and theme park ticket.
(I noticed that the RM290 deal now did not include the dinner)

for weekdays:
RM 168 for one night stay including breakfast and theme park ticket.

the check in time is 3pm.
we reached there around 1pm. so we can just register  ourself and come back again at 3pm to collect the room key.
since its  afternoon, so where to go?
LUNCH!!!
we pass by a restaurant when on the way to Gold Coast Morib Resort.
the restaurant is Golden Sea Restaurant 黄金海岸海鲜村

the restaurant look alike with those seafood restaurant at Kg Cina, Manjung. haha...

since it is just 2pm when we finished our lunch, so we decided to go explore Tanjung Sepat, which is 20km from Gold Coast Morib Resort.

well, Tanjung Sepat is a small fishing village, just like Pangkor/ Kukup (Johor)

it do have a few tourist spot..
the local said recently, more and more ppl are visiting Tanjung Sepat.
I guess is because it is situated in between Golden Palm Tree Resort and Gold Coast Morib Resort?
yea...

so here are we...

as u can see, the road are quite narrow...
a bit hard for big car to pass by..

first stop,
KOCHABI COFFEE POWDER shop...

 beside the shop:
is a shop selling PAU.
out of curiosity, we plan to buy the PAU to try...

but.... we just realize that is the back door of the shop.. haha...
they are in process of making the PAU.
the worker ask us to go to the front to buy.
and they add on : I dont think so you can buy it today since there is long queue outside.

me and my bro was shock.... really? let's go out and have a look...

we give up buying the PAU at last..

then, we walk around the street for food-hunting.. haha..

bought this Chai Kuih and it is really awesome !!!!
i miss Kulim chai kuih actually...

so, here is Tanjung Sepat small road...
which is getting more and more "meriah" nowadays...

after visiting Tanjung Sepat,
we went back to the Gold Coast Morib Resort...



we collected our room key and back to room for some rest after travelling whole day...

since the name of the resort is GOLD COAST MORIB WATER THEMEPARK RESORT,

so here are the themepark photos:

as mentioned above, we do have buffet dinner provided by the resort.
so we didnt go out anymore at night.
just went for the dinner, and then walkaround at the resort + beachside..

we came here again the next morning, and its closed..

but the view is nice :)

so this is the most exciting part of the trip:
On 2nd day, we went to the water themepark...
and then to the beach at the back of the resort..

ATV... 沙滩车。。。 great experience!

 its really FUN.. XD

after riding the ATV,
we went into the water themepark again.
basically, i am the only one playing coz my sis was busy with her hp... >.<

in the afternoon, we went to visit this awesome place!!!

Golden Palm Tree Iconic Resort & Spa

FYI, this is the place where Datuk Lee CW took his wedding photo~

really like the scenery there...
so couldnt miss the chance of taking family photos there!

then mum say from the promotion TV that there's one dim sum restaurant here..
we should go and have some try...

and here we go... sitting inside the "car" provided by the resort..

as u can see, no car are allowed here.
all need to sit the car provided/ ride bicycle / walk...

now we are inside the resort area..
just now there is just LOBBY.

finally i saw this swimming pool which looks like attached to the sea..
actually is on top of it..

we saw few bicycle there, so just took it and ride away :p

mum say: let's ride back to the lobby instead of sitting the resort car..
i was so happy... hahaha
so each of us took one bicycle and ride all the way back to the main lobby..

next stop, Tanjung Sepat again...

since we are passing by it anyway if wanna go back to Gold Coast Morib Resort.

this time, we stop at the main road, one shop call Mr Black Homemade Pau.

according to FB comment, this shop's PAU is much better than the long queue Pau shop we saw yesterday.

so let's have a try..

we had our dinner at this restaurant..

after dinner, went to the bridge for a short walk, and went inside this local product shop..

the next day...
again we went Tanjung Sepat.. lol

since its just 20 min drive from the hotel..

we are here for the breakfast:

my vacation end by sending my sis back KL and i drive back Penang alone after reach Ayer Tawar...
